Added dummy driver/driver skeleton. Cleaned up example code. Moved projection eye projection matrix calculation to shared code. Removed unused OHMD_ROTATION_EULER from API. Fixed typo OHMD_LENS_HORIZONTAL_SEPERATION -> OHMD_LENS_HORIZONTAL_SEPARATION. Removed unused math code.
